Taco Bell

I'm a local in colerain and I've been to this taco been multiple times since it opened about 2 to 3 years ago and it always was a problem. Whether they forget my taco, drink , give me the wrong order multiple times. They even charged me extra for a taco they didn't even give me nor had i asked for it. The workers encountered today were very unprofessional and i draw the line with this taco bell. I waited 30 mins I was literally the only person inside and 2 people in the drive through ....and they still ain't even TAKE my order i just left. WORST RESTAURANT I'VE EVER BEEN TO and I've been there over 10 times always had a problem

Terrible Taco Hell! Went through the drive thru , tried to ask question through the microphone no response. The person then asked snappingly as to what do we want to order, since it's so cheap we just ordered whatever and went to the window. A disgruntled Doordash man was also waiting for his order for a while and she told him blatantly that his order will be done last and they will prioritize Drive thru, which turned into a verbal profanities. We ordered chicken and we got God knows what as meat, ofcourse we threw our food away and we are never coming back to the location unless they a) pay their employees better and have more employees to help the load b) better quality of service and food. I don't blame the employee here I blame the management for making their employees over work and not keeping up with the quality of food. Shame on them!

Only ordered two tacos with extra cheese...$1.20 for just cheese...drive thru screwed me. Not a location I am near or frequent so a "next time refund" isn't an option. Definitely a place you should hold up the line to check your order before you pull away. I don't mind paying for food I ACTUALLY get. Do not recommend this locations drive thru. The drive thru workers were very engaged in a conversation about someone named Dante but not in getting my order right.

I waited over 1 hour for some food and still didn't get everything. I was picking up a uber eats, when I asked the staff told me that the drive thru is first priority. I told that's not how it works she should pack the order as how the come, ticket by ticket. The nerve of her and giving me attitude

I've never had worse service from any restaurant than I have here. Over the last few visits, I've dealt with: -Rude manager to customers. -Rude manager yelling at an employee while trying count register drawer. -Place an order on the app for the drive-thru? Too bad, you have to park and come in. They can't give it to you in the drive-thru. This has happened the last 3-4 times, except for the time I just went in, and they told me I had to go to the drive-thru. -Changing their service to Uber Eats & Door Dash only. -Employees not wearing/changing gloves when necessary. -Lobby constantly filthy, no matter the time. Absolutely will not give this location another try, despite its convenience.
