Mcdonald's

OK I literally have not eaten McDonald's in probly like 3 or 4 years but I want to say that the double quarter pounder I got at this location was simply delicious. Could not also got a good old big Mac which didn't disappoint.Only thing I wish for was the old salty fries which were more plan. The staff was concise clear and short on conversation.

Granted, this is a McDonald's, so reviews aren't based on healthy food. Lol. But, this particular location has the absolute nicest employees I've ever encountered at a McD's! And, they truly work hard to keep the place moving efficiently, and kept pretty darned clean, no matter how busy they are! The food I have gotten here has always appeared to be freshly made, generous toppings. But, the employees and cleanliness are defintiely it's greatest 2 assets! One point to mention: this is not the fault of the company, but due to the area this is in, you may encounter some interesting characters in, or around, the parking lot. It's just the area. Most are harmless, but it is a "downtown" type of area. It's all good in the daytime tho! Probably up until around midnight.

I had the worst experience at this location, 2 times! The service was terrible and the wait to order inside took 13 minutes and there was 1 person ahead of me waiting to order. There was 2 people sitting at 2 separate tables, eating. There was approximately 5 or 6 employees working at their own slow pace and I started to leave but finally got waited on, I spent 33 minutes and vowed never to return. Anyway, 2 weeks later I returned and saw pretty much the same employees there, a couple of them uniforms looked dirty, no hairnets on their long hair, and seemed to not know what they were doing, period. Nobody looked like a supervisor and their was 4 customers ahead of me, after waiting for 10 minutes, I left and went to another McDonalds, located in Springdale near Tri-County. I have a feeling that if the one in Forest Park on Northland Blvd, doesn’t get better supervision and employees there, they will be closed down, soon! It seems like to me that the young employees do not want to work but, they want a paycheck. It’s absolutely terrible! IJS!

I don't know the managers name, but I go there during the week, day shift. She is a beautiful woman, is ALWAYS giving good service and pushes her team to do so. A customer in front of me was taking a very long time to find a form of payment. As soon as I pulled up she gave me my food on the house due to the previous customers delay. AMAZING customer service. And this is a pattern with her. Found out her name is Felicia

Messed up my payment badly. I paid for someone else's order, my food was right though. Called corporate and they sent coupons to cover the overcharge. Only good at that location though. Bummer. Went to redeem coupon free food from overcharge and experienced excellent service and a clean store. Changed rating from 3 stars to five.
