Mcdonald's

Everyone knows what McDonald's I so I don't really feel like I need to review the food but te service has a lot to be desired. I gave a 20 and 2 pennies for a 9 dollar and 2 cent order and they failed to give me the 11 dollars, when I mentioned I gave a 20...he turned around and gave me 98 cents ba k and the money....obviously rheres a failure in math here and for a cashier that's not good. Then I am still trying to be nice, I let it go about the change altho I've now given more from my pocket..I wish then I good morning and don't even get a response back...if it weren't so close to where live I wouldn't go there again

I recently went to the archway's North bend McDonald's at 5425 West North bend road. The store was recently remodeled and had self-serve ordering equipment. We ordered our meals at the counter. The young man who waited on us was extremely polite and professional and helped us with our order. We had received a coupon at the Florence y'all's baseball game. As we left the game. We were sitting in the McDonald's section at the stadium. Our seats were spectacular and the game and atmosphere was fantastic. We drove from Sharonville to this store to redeem our coupons and it was worth the drive. My wife ordered a fish sandwich meal and I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon meal. This is my first time ever having a quarter pounder sandwich at McDonald's and I was very impressed with the quality of the sandwich. Normally I order double cheeseburgers without ketchup. Anyway. I just wanted to compliment the whole crew at that facility. It was clean. It was new. The service was quick. The food was fresh and delicious
