There is a woman that has a service dog (which is fine), but she told me not to sit in her area so I now take my break across the street at White Castle.

The customer experience was great we where offered suggestion to save money on our meal which is big when getting food for a family of 6 I appreciated the knowledge of the cashier and the curtiousness

After receiving poor and rude service on the one on Paxton Rd, I came here with my kids and received fast and great services. No rude response, no cuss words exchanged over an order. It was quick and polite.Thanks you guys for a good experience!

I'm just here to say thanks for making my day! The other day I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle and it was a DREAM. It was quite possibly the only time I've seen fast food live up to the advertisement. Holding the McGriddle in my hands it looked like a piece of art. It was heftier than expected, perfectly warm, and super tasty. It will take every ounce of self control I have not to stop by for one of these everyday - especially with how quick the line moved and how friendly the employees were.

Best food I've had at McDonald's in a long time. Actually had them deliver to the table which few ever follow through on.

I was in the area so I used the drive thru to get an iced coffee and a steak egg and cheese bagel. The service was fast, accurate, and delicious. One of my best McDonald's experiences in quite a while.

This is one of the best Mcdonald’s in the Cincinnati area. Always quick service and some of the nicest workers working the drive thru windows. I have never had a problem getting a milkshake here unlike every other Mcdonalds where their “machine is down.” Also want to take the time to share how absolute trash the wendys across the street is. Forget the frosty and head down to Mc D’s off ridge 🤓
