Arby's

It was really hot out the day I went through the drive thru of the Arbys in Colerain. There was a worker outside and she saw my dog and my puppy chilling in the backseat with the windows down. She went above and beyond and brought both my animals some ice cream. She was extremely nice and didn't have to do what she did. Will definitely be going back there.

I ordered the $6 9 piece hot/honey boneless wings with fries and 2 jalapeno roast beef sliders. Restaurant was clean. Counter employee on phone when arrived but did not effect the speed of service receiving my food. Sliders, fries, and boneless wings exceeded my expectations. Fries were crisp and almost hot. Hot honey wings were warm with a slow spicy sweet burn. Sandwiches were warm as well. Btw i would not plan on ordering the hot honey wings if you are planning to eat in car while driving they are SAUCEY. Who doesnt love their horsey sauce?

I go in here every now and then to get food it usually around 8:30pm they always tell us we close in a half hour but we get in order our food sit down and out the door with like 5 minutes of closing. The Manger is on top of his crew if they make a mistake he makes sure they correct it. The last time I went in and ordered a Greek gyro but no tomatoes cause I'm allergic to them his team apparently didn't listen the first time so we had to take it back but he made sure it was done right the second time around. Other then them messing up my food it's not that bad. And the manager is on top of it. He keeps his crew in line
