Papa Johns Pizza

My pizza was burnt. Like not even edible, black crust kind of burned, I don’t know why something like that was even served. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for delivery, which you may be busy on a Sunday night, I get it but come on, if I’m going to wait that long at least make it edible. I called the store for a refund and the women was not very nice at all. First of all, she hung up on me twice, when I finally got her to answer she was disrespectful and sounded annoyed.

Waited a hour plus for 1 pizza and it came in Burn. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. I called for a refund and the lady put me on hold for another 30 minutes just to hang up on me. Had to go in to talk in person to get my refund and even then they could only do store credit. Never again at this location. Management and customer service was worst than 1 star. If I could leave a zero I would. Completely rude customer service and never going back.

Papa John on kemper is the worst place ever.They have a woman there and I don’t know if she was a manager or what.she was mean,disrespectful,and rude.The worst costumer service ever. I ordered pizza from the call center and they got my order wrong and I called to let them know. She won’t let me explain anything, and she hang up on me.If I were papa John owner I will fire her because she is messing the place name up.with her bad behavior she should not be working anywhere with that required customer service.Bad Bad human being I ever met . My wife placed an online order. So I figured I wouldn't have to wait when I got there. I'm not a impatient person. So I waited and waited and waited. Probably about 25 min for my a meatlovers pizza. Also I noticed my other 2 pizzas we ordered have been under the headlamp the whole time. Finally the manager at least i believe it was got me my meatlovers pizza. I did at least get extra garlic butter for my time. I got home and opened the box and my meatlovers pizza is a supreme pizza. First off we go here a lot. The policy states that you show us the pizza before hand or its free. You guys rarely show me the pizza. I'm not the one to complain just to get something free so I never mention it. Just kinda disappointed. I don't like surpreme pizza. It will end up in the garbage.

Delivery is guaranteed to take longer than stated. I’ve learned that over many many orders (since my daughter insists on eating this pizza). One order recently was so late I finally called to see what was going on and I was told they didn’t know where the driver was (according to their tracker it had already been delivered). I then asked to speak to the manager and was told they were busy. After a few more moments of explaining how ridiculous it was to not know where your staff is, I asked to speak to the manager again, only this time to be informed that he WAS the manager. Guess he got promoted in the 2 minutes we were on the phone? I called him out on that and then I was told he was a manager in training and was told to handle and managerial issues….but he wouldn’t. I get that it’s not the most glamorous job but it’s not that hard either ans there’s clearly no accountability.

Normally, we'd order Domino's but decided "Let's try something else." We ordered online and were given a 35 minute delivery time. One hour later, still nothing. Called the store and they said the driver had other stops and will be here in a couple of minutes... That was 20 minutes ago. Then I read the reviews and decided to cancel. Please read the reviews before ordering. *UPDATE* - While I was debating putting this review up, my order arrived. When i answered the door the person delivering my order was not only not wearing a mask but didn't even attempt to do contactless delivery--the option we selected on the website for our and their safety.
