Driver didn't know which address is since we have 2 apartment towers with same na,e that has 2 different address which is a good thing my coworker made sure the pizza for me at the security booth otherwise the pizza would've been stolen by the tenants in the bldg from the delivery driver not knowing on what they are doing.

The store it’s self was amazing. I had a messed up order (door dash lady) gave me one pizza and was extremely rude but the workers made it more than right. They know how to run a business I appreciate the lady who answered the phone (after they closed) to make it right for me. Thank you

I have been really enjoying the newer staff at this location. Staff now makes me smile every time I enter with jokes and high energy approaches. This location provides extra topping when ordered; unfortunately something that not all locations do. The store is always clean and my order is always ready within quoted timeframes. Very happy with whatever has changed in the last several months!!

have only ever done carryout from here, but it's a nice place to drop in and get a pie before a reds game. We just carry the box as we walk down to the river and usually the whole pizza is gone by the time that we get down there. Prices are cheap, and they often have unadvertised specials. They will make the pizza while you wait so it is piping hot when you get it

First time having papa John’s and it was a great experience as soon as I walked in i would definitely order again if I come back to Cincinnati jalapeño rolls are delicious so is the steak and cheese

Absolutely love this location! Best service and hardest workers around. Hot and ready in 15! Never spend more than 10 bucks for lunch.

Had the prettiest pizza I have ever seen from Papa John's the other day! Half extra cheese half pepperoni. The papadia's are incredible too (cheesesteak especially) but please do not order more than 2 at a time because I have read they are very time intensive for the workers to make during a lunch/dinner rush.

Papa John's is usually a once-a-week deal for us because I use the coupons that are emailed to me and I also utilize my points that I earn for being a repeat customer...so it's great! I will say the location that I usually order from the staff seems to be low most of the time but they do a good job of being productive and personable.
