I ordered through the app and paid in advance. My thoughts were to drive to the window, pick up my order and leave, all which should have taken no more then five minutes. However, that was not how my night went.
I got to the window, and the staff was unable to find my order. I asked if I had the correct address, and he confirmed that I did. I gave the employee my order number and told him what it should have been and still he was unable to find me. Still remaining patient, I asked him what do we do from here. How do we solve this problem? He replied very calmly that he'd need to make some calls to see what happened.
After a few short conversations, he was able to find my order receipt. My food was made fresh just as it is any other day that I visit this location, and he brought it to my car.
The employee was very calm, patient, welcoming and understanding. He didn't make me feel like I did something wrong or that I was trying to make up an order, to get free pizza. He went the extra mile to figure out what happened and what was wrong. I wish I got his name but I did not. What I can say is that I believe he was the manager at the time of my arrival. He was of brown skin, long hair and he wore glasses. Very, very friendly. Am looking forward to returning as the customer service here, and the fresh pizza is the reason why I only go to this location.

Past 3 times the pepperoni pizza was horrible. They raised price to $7.00, the sauce can't even taste it (very dry) until you get to the end by crust. Sauce is packed there. Cheese on top was burnt on all the pizzas. I drive further to a different location. Do not go to Norwood unless you want horrible pizza. It's the worst I have ever had. Waste of money 🤑.

After getting home with my pizza I opened the box and this is what I received. On one entire side crust is either completely missing or burnt. After debating whether it was even worth it or not, I went back to the store and very politely asked them to re make it. The MANAGER got extremely rude and yelled “every week with you “. There was one or two other times they made the pizza completely wrong and I had to get it fixed. That was only one or two times out of the 20 plus times I've been there, far from every week. She continued to get rude when I asked her what her problem was. Extremely unprofessional and just straight up nasty. They should not have even given a pizza that looked like that to a customer. It's not a customer fault you made the pizza wrong. They recently raised their prices you would think they would give you a suitable product. The other employees were very polite but I'm calling corporate on the manager that was extremely rude and unnecessary.

Pizza was not ready. Had to wait on someone to come to the window. Lady with long ponytail and scarf opens the window and says “Yea” like we were already in a conversation. Gave one word answers for the entire order, and gave “why are you at my job asking me to work” attitude. I should have went to LaRosas down the street. 😒

Wonderful. The people have always been nice to me, and they almost always have hot and ready pizzas ready to grab when I walk in. A lot of the other Little Caesars are always sold out of them when they're supposed to have them but this one has always been good about it. 😊👍 I'm not a fan of the prices going up at the beginning of this year what can you do.

Delivery order was wrong. Delivery driver didn't follow the delivery instructions and I ordered a meal deal and didn't receive my mountain dew, nor did I get the dessert I ordered. Call to contact restaurant and no answer. Email customer service on Friday and as of today at 2:54 (Tuesday) still no reply. That's the standard of customer service you provide your customers? Tried to give the restaurant another chance after my previous delivery from them about 6 weeks ago was very dissatisfactory and once again, they show they don't care. The fact that corporate does nothing to rectify the problems shows that perhaps that is the companies mindset as a whole; give the customer whatever you feel like, and don't do anything to make it right.

Assistant manager, Brianna…I’m going to say this location doesn’t have a standard for management. Imagine my surprise calling in to determine if we will need to pick up food, calling in to be answered with no greeting and a hard nasty no and NO response to my thank you! Just a click. Gross. So I’ll take my little money for 16 people and feed them with a company who doesn’t hire who is left, but rather promotes those befitting of authority. Do better.

Food arrived barely warm. The cheese stuffed breadsticks were the same size as regular bread sticks. 3 regular bread sticks with minimal cheese for 4.99?? The pizza itself looked undercooked with a VERY chewy dough. I filled out something for customer service after the order to which I never received any communication. It's a shame because our business frequently orders from this store location but after this last experience we are very hesitant. The order clearly showed me that whomever was working didn't care about taking any pride whatsoever in their job or care about their customer.
