Went thru drive thru on august 29 at 3:10 pm the young lady working in the drive thru was very polite and soft spoken taco bell needs more associates like her I think she said her name was Natasha I could possibly be wrong on the name ! However it was a pleasant experience !

I wish companies paid attention to the order. It lets you pick done in so they don't have to fill your soda, put the order where the mobile orders go or put stickers on like it is being delivered.

Accidentally forgot my drink before driving off in the drive thru and one of the workers ran out and cought me before I left the parking lot. He was a really nice guy with a big smile, definitely deserves a raise in my opinion

Got my order fast and quick. Great customer service on the drive thru. Thank you Tony and Ebony! All my food was prepared fresh after a 12 hour shift for me it means the world.

The employees at the Chase Plaza are the best. Always friendly, always fill my order perfectly. I have health concerns, but I don't have to worry about getting wrong items in my order.
They have even suggested that I try something new. So I tried Pizza, and loved it. So if you want
good food, good service and friendly atmosphere. Go to Taco Bell in Forest Park on Chase Plaza; just off Winton Rd or just off 275.

I live in Finneytown and drive to the Forest Park location because the food is always good. They have everything in stock, and it's hot. It's pretty bad when you drive an extra 5 miles to go to a different location, and when you get home, it's hotter than the place 1/2 mile away.
