Food was hot and fresh. we waited twenty-seven minutes on our sandwiches to be complete because they were short-staffed and overworked. No hand sanitizer in the mens restroom our table was dirty and a spider on the wall crawling up underneath the TV. I do appreciate the hard work but they need help and or New Management. With our table being dirty it concerns me on how they are helping to protect us.** Update ** I returned to this location today with my family and everything was very clean and everyone was so nice. Food was great! Thank you for working so hard!!

Always a great place to go for lunch. If it's your first time, may I recommend the hook and ladder on white bread. I hope they bring back their hot sauce selection again soon.

We love eating at Firehouse subs. I have Alpha-gal and had an allergic reaction. I always get the same thing. I researched and realized your turkey is injected with carrageenan. Unfortunately me and many others in the area with this allergy won’t be able to eat there again. Please change your meats to ones that aren’t injected with this nasty seaweed.

Way over priced for what you get. I didn't have to wait long for it to be made. For the price i paid for this sandwich I could have gone to longhorn and got a steak.

Always great subs, we don't go often so it's always a great treat when we are in town. Prices seem to have jumped some since the last time but it is always fast and good food. Can't complain.

I was really "Fired" up to finally try this place out. Heard great things. While the sub I had...The Cajan Chicken Sub...was okay...I found their menu lacking in variety. I wished they had had more of a selection in types of breads. The employees were really nice....so there's that.

What is it with customer service these days. You had one job! Now I gotta travel to some sacred place to get rid of this loud-lingering-smelly as pickle that nobody eats. Think I'll try Cali Subs/Jersey Mike moving forward.
