Sakura Japanese Steakhouse

"Won" is extremely good! He's beyond friendly, highly involved with the kids, full of cheer, and seriously the best cook I've ever had the pleasure of visiting in all of these types of restaurants. We will forever be customers here now! The restaurant is very clean, friendly, and has a wonderful atmosphere. Other staff are great to talk to, everyone loves to joke, and it's overall a highly memorable experience!!!

Went in and ordered our food to go, the waitress was great. She took our order and our hibachi came out very quickly. I had very high hopes, the experience was amazing thus far. However, when we got home and started eating it was all downhill from there…. The food was…. It was just bad. The flavor was off, and for what we paid I felt the ratio was also askew. A cup of rice, few pieces of steak, with a ton of carrots…. I love veggies, but it was about 75% carrots. Just disappointed. Lastly, my husband and I both had some…. Intestinal discomforts after eating the food. Maybe we caught them on an off night, not sure.

I found nats on my sushi and in the soy sauce. The sashimi was room temperature not even cool you can't even say cold. They don't run the air conditioner so it's hotter than it is inside than it is outside. If there were stars that would go into the negative that's where I would put it but unfortunately I have to pick one star to be able to write this. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!
