Buffalo Wild Wings

So I use to come back in the day before they fully remodeled the place. Then it was great tbh. Now since they remodeled, I've been multiple times and everytime experience is trash. From service being extremely slow, orders are being messed up, and not even receiving things we ordered... yes the manager reimburses us each time this happens but if it's reoccurring, then I think you need to train your team. As im currently sitting at the table once again no food, my bud hasn't got his fries and drink he ordered, and they are already done eating their food. Trash service.

I sat at the bar with a couple buddies. Ended up ordering a wing and boneless wing combo and substituted the fries for Salad. Didn't realize that it already came with a small salad. That aside, there might be too many flavors of sauces to choose from. Even at the bar the service was quick, drinks refilled timely, and the staff seemed attentive. Would recommend.

Very disappointed this time. Our server was wonderful and our appetizers were great. Then it went downhill...my husband's food came out quickly and was good. My food came 15 minutes later, and our son's came almost 20 minutes later. He ordered 15 boneless wings and they barely sauced. I realize that the restaurant was very busy, but to have a 35 minute wait between the first and last order for 1 table is terrible. I'm not sure if we will be back.

The good: The wings were well seasoned and tots were good. The server was nice. The bad: The service wasn't great. Orders of fries were forgotten and showed up cold, wedges with cheese just looked sad. Empty glasses and empty beers 😕. Got a salad to go. Asked for guacamole, didn't get it. The egg was cut with a knife that still had hot sauce on it. Salad was otherwise missing the seasoning. Probably won't come back here for a while.
