Hot Pita

The food is great, however the hospitality of the young lady that works in the morning with dark hair was absolutely horrible. I asked for mine a certain way (which was never an issue with the other young lady a while ago) and she got extremely irritated for no reason. My boyfriend even asked her if she was okay because she seemed very ill tempered and mad. As someone who worked in the food industry myself, hospitality means a lot and customer service goes a long ways. Very unprofessional and rude as there was literally nobody in there. Wish I could give a 5 but I just cannot.

Went in for my first time and was excited to see what was on the menu…..when I was rudely greeted by the young man who apparently was inconvenienced by us asking for a few minutes to look at the displayed menu. He literally rolled his eyes and looked at his phone. We kindly walked out and thought if this is how paying customers get treated we will take our business elsewhere. The young man with the long blonde hair needed a hug or a reminder that what you put out in this world eventually comes back to you.

Went here today over lunch, a little less than half the booths were occupied. The place was clean, bright, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and cheerful. We ordered two pitas, a side of soup, and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. For two of us it cost $18, not too bad and we were stuffed when we left. I will certainly return here in the future as this is an excellent addition to our downtown. I for one, hope this is a lasting business in our slowly growing downtown. Highly recommended!
