Came 5 mins before close and the man working the drive through was so nice. You never get that anymore especially close to closing and we really appreciated it!

The employees are kind of rude and the building is not at all clean. The blizzards are super good and I LOVEEEEE their hot dogs!

I order a banana peanut butter chocolate shake thick and I told them I want it really thick shake and once again I got it watery and I couldn't taste the bananas in it or the peanut butter . I give up I just took 2 drinks threw it away .and I'll never go there again .

Everything's great except the one employee who walked out into the lobby and hollered the R-word in front of customers. Not what I want to hear when I'm taking my special needs child for ice cream 😡 but I don't want to hold the entire restaurant accountable for one ignorant, foul mouthed employee.

My experience was terrible. My friend and I came here after a walk on riverside. The manager Dan Shell was in the microphone and she was terrible. My friend has a speech problem, and announced it before ordering however the manager was still impatient. Long story short, a manager should not ever treat customers of that sort. If you are having a bad day, please get off the mic. I reported it to the owner Alan, hopefully it gets handled.

They didn't flip the blizzards upside down but nonetheless they were still good cold and exactly what we wanted.
