Penn Station East Coast Subs

Nothing what I expected and the fact the person let it go out like that was even worse. Our fries were completely over cooked and soggy and they were all almost END pieces of fries or crumbs everywhere in too! Looked nothing like anyone else’s fries that I’ve seen or anything like they do in the menu..my corned beef sub had more sauté Kraute than corned beef and was cold as can be when Grubhub brought lt to us! Where’s the yummy fries everyone speaks of because I got a burnt pile over cooked all END PIECES and few overly greasy floppy burnt looking ones the rest were all burnt end pieces. How you think any of that is acceptable to send out your door when a medium shared size fry is almost 6$ when we spent over 40$ on Grubhub! Not ok worst First experience ever. Highly let down because I was told nothing but good stuff! Not sure if I can get over those fries..that’s the stuff of nightmares.

Friendly staff and clean facility. Chicken teriyaki is pretty good, no complaints they're. Also, they give a 15% discount to military members, although not sure about dependents. Convenient location and hours. It's my first time ever eating at a Penn Station Subs, and it was pleasant and delicious! Thank you! See pictures below.

I will start by saying the sandwich, and fresh cut fries were delicious. However, be ready to pay Panera Bread prices because this place is expensive. In my opinion, the pricing schemes are a tad high for a sandwich shop. Additionally, they do not offer any combo meals, forcing you to order a la carte. After looking at the menu, I settled for the 6" Philadelphia Cheesesteak sandwich (looked more like 5"), small fries, and small fountain soft drink. For this reason, I was a bit shocked when the bill totaled $9.53, mind you this includes their 15% military discount. Although they brag about their freshly squeezed lemonade, I decided to pass on it because a small one is $2.49 ($2.73 with tax) which is unfair considering it is lemon, water, and sugar. There is nothing fancy about this place, but they do have a large seating area (2 tables occupied during my visit), clean bathrooms and an open kitchen where guests can see food prepared while they wait. Conversely, I would say they need to lower their prices before I consider coming back for a visit. Finally, I did not get the receipt for my purchase nor was I offered one at checkout. AP SCORE: Pass
