Applebee's

If I could leave a 0 I would.. after being seated by a hostess who was talking on her personal cell phone, we were taken to a table to wait another 12 minutes to receive any type of acknowledgment from a waitress. There were 2 other tables here. The table behind us were complaining as their steak was raw.. after this we took extra caution. And low and behold, our chicken wings were also raw. Our waitress never returned to check on us, until it was time to bring us our check. After we spoke with manager about the issue, our waitress aggressively grabbed the old check and put it in her pocket as if we did something wrong. DO NOT EAT HERE.

We were the first ones in the door when Applebee's opened today. Literally, the first ones. Why was our table nasty?? There were crumbs and dried ketchup smeared on the table. Not a deal breaker, but that should have been cleaned last night, or at least this morning before opening. The service was good and the food was good, so that's why I still give it 4 stars.

Wish google had less than one star to rate this place. On MULTIPLE occasions this restaurant has proved to me that no such establishment can beat a home cooked meal. Their last straw was an almost $100 order placed online with specific instructions that they messed up in every aspect and ruined a family dinner. Thank you Applebees, for nothing.

My family was on a road trip from Florida back to Wisconsin and we needed a quick dinner before we went to bed for the night. We stopped at this Applebees for something easy. The food wasn’t anything to go crazy over, but it was pretty decent. Our waitress was Taylor B and she was a fantastic young lady. She was very polite and helpful the whole time we were there. The place was basically empty which was nice because most of the attention was on us. Overall it was a decently pleasant experience.

Was extremely dissapointed with my last visit. Had to send my drink back twice due to the glasses being dirty. Eventually a manager made sure to bring me a clean glass, and apologized. Once I got my meal, I had ordered my steak medium-rare, but it came out blue. Instead of sending another item back to have to wait on it, I decided to take what they gave me and leave, after paying. Even the pen we were given had no ink for the reciept, and we were ready to go after all this, so we paid and left. My waitress was extremely nice, but I was tired of having to get everything corrected. I was looking forward to a relaxing outing, but this ruined my experience. The front-of-house staff was very courteous and I tried to be as nice as possible. I don't think I will be eating at this location again. On the bright side, the steak will be closer to my liking after I reheat it myself at home. Again, front of house staff was very gracious, it was the lack of cleanliness, attention to detail, and inadequate food preparation I am dissapointed in.
