I have this problem where I keep forgetting how *not* to order the BEHEMOTH version of “The Gargantuan”, but instead the humbled human sized instead. See my photo attached to fully grasp the nonsensical nature that is, The Gargantuan. I mean, am I actually upset when this happens? No, lmao. It’s delicious. But it’s jarring to receive unexpectedly 😳 Then I’m thinking Omg these workers are def judging me. ‘But I can explain. It’s a mixup I swear’ Then I have to sneak it inside my house before needing to justify it to them. I hope nobody sees me as I sneakily throw it over my shoulder and scurry away. 😂 10/10, will continue this mixup at least three more times

We called in an order several days ahead of time, so we would have food for our training. It was supposed to be ready at 11:30. Our volunteer was there to pick it up at 11:15. It wasn’t ready until 12:05. 35 minutes late. When we called to find out about it, the staff person wasn’t at all concerned that it was late. When we opened the sandwiches, there were no condiments. The sandwiches were good, but it was a very disappointing experience.

They should take the “freaky fast delivery” out of their name. My job orders from JJ all the time and over the last few months it has gotten sooo slow. Basically waste our lunch break waiting for food to get here. Ordered a wrap, it’s taken almost 30 min to even get out of the store and I work 3 min away. I’ve deleted the app bc I wasn’t sure id order from here again but figured I’d give it one more try….. now I know! Not again.

Overall, it is a Jimmy John's. Meat is good quality and bread has always been fresh. I rate this lower because the drive-through is frequently slow and the orders are not always quite correct. I think there has always been a mistake on my drive-through orders. In the store, they have been much more receptive and correct.

Received the worst order ever! Old wilted lettuce wrapped up over more old wilted lettuce! I ordered the veggie, unwich. With extra avocado. No avocado is on it. I was offered a remake after I called and voiced my disbelief in what they delivered to me. But had to decline, because I would not feel comfortable accepting anything to eat from individuals that were ok, with the first order! Lost a longtime customer.

We have ordered from here every week once if not twice a week for a very long time. We ask for the sandwich to be cut in half as that is an option and most of the time it isn't... or one will be but not the other. It may seem trivial but it's the principle. We have not ever said a word. One time they left the turkey off of my sandwich. I called to let them know, they asked me if i wanted a refund or another sandwich.. it was dinner so the sandwich please. Today they left the pickle off the order. We have had enough of orders being wrong. We will not be ordering from this location anymore.

JJs receives tons of orders from our school every week, and I’m one of those frequent orders. Three weeks ago, I ordered my Friday lunch, and waited and waited, and went to the office to see if it had been delivered. The office lady told me they had just dropped out two meals at the time I requested, but neither was mine. By now, my lunch was past an hour over, so I called JJ and spoke with a manager named Luke who apologized and told me he would refund my money.., $14 for their new wrap, which was too high, but that’s another story, I chose to treat myself that day. Here it is three wks later and still no refund on my bank account! Really sux, because I always enjoy my Friday lunch from Jimmy Johns!
