Little Caesars

The wait times at thus location are horrendous! Not just today, but always. However, here I sit, in the parking lot after being in the drive thru for 20 minutes! I get to the window, tried to order cheesy bread, was told they were out. Asked for crazy bread, was told they were out. THEN am sitting in a parking spot, waiting for my pizza. My "hot and ready" pizza...so, I've now been here 30 minutes, at least. OH and..there are 5...FIVE people working.

The staff were a group of friendly teenagers.The famous people company has given up the hot and ready. The new motto is pay more and wait. It really doesn't compare to the local pizza guys like Sicilian Pizza in Nashville or Clarksville Woody's. Don't mind the excuse,the 30 minute wait,and attitude. It's for the kids!

There were a bunch of highschool kids running around, shouting and being loud. I'm not sure there was a manager or adult at all in the store. I couldn't even hear the girl taking my order. They were just walking around eating food. None of them seemed to know what they were doing. The computer froze up in the middle of my order and the girl holding my card put it in her mouth. When I have bad experiences, I usually just deal with it. But this is the most uncomfortable I've ever been at a restaurant.

Extremely unprofessional. They gave my order to someone else. That person took the food back inside. The girl bringing out the orders then proceeded to take the same order to another vehicle. She showed them the order, and when the women in that car stated that was not her order she then brought the order to me ! I stated that I did not wanr that, the girl carrying the food said " Because I showed it to the other girl" I replied yes. I do not want a pizza that you have now opened amd shown to two other peoples! It's unsanitary. The lack of customer service, organization and professionalism. Negative experience disappointing and needs to be addressed.

Came here tonight to order pizza, not only did we pay for a pizza we never got because it was given away to someone else but when we wait an hour for a order we never received and talk to a manager who was blaintly rude as can be, she proceeds to tell me she ain't gonna do nothing for the inconvenience of waiting a full hour for our order. I'm sorry but the way she's running this business is just foul her customer service skills as a manager really is poor. She didn't do nothing to try and make this situation right. And when I ask for the corporate number she tells me she's not giving it to me because she doesn't have it. To be talked to like that by a manager is unreal. You have 10 plus ppl there whom play around instead of getting orders out. The lady before us was waiting 45 mins for two hot and readys. There needs to be a change in this location because the person running it is not the right candidate for this location.

If I could I would give 0 stars. We normally order from here, and will never go back. Ordered the Batman Calzone and Stuffed Crust Pepperoni absolutely the worst most soggiest pizza ever, some much grease and butter that it leaked through the box onto my back seats, got the pizza back home and it was so messy that you couldn't even hold it to try and eat it, the only good part was the crazy bread, I offered to return it to show the management how horrible it was so that I could at least get a refund for only the pizza and was told I would not receive any type of refund, horrible will never go back

Ordered on the phone and could barely hear what the guy was saying, then when I went in to pick up the food not only did I not get what I ordered but it was burnt and there was a woman working in the back making food in Nike slides... they have a sign in the lobby telling customers they aren't allowed to take photos so I didn't but really, why would I lie. 😬 guess they have a comfortable work environment. Not to mention the attitude between the younger teen workers. BTW the woman wearing the Nike slides was an adult.
