Chopsticks 4

We have used this chopsticks location for almost 2 years and we have had amazing service and the food is always spot on. The only negative thing is depending on the time you order it takes about 45 minutes to an hour. And only ONE time we had to wait longer. I had called the restaurant that particular time and the girl was very nice and understanding and the man who delivered our food was very apologetic and explained a road was closed off. We love chopsticks, especially this location and they will continue to get our business!

ZERO STARS! Could't eat any of the food I ordered. Egg foo young, appetizers, and doughnuts. Nothing was edible. I called to tell them, & they yelled at me, told me to bring the food back. And not the next day, as the food could be spoiled. Were they going to resell it? Then they had the AUDACITY and called my house 15 min later, and started yelling at me! DO NOT EAT THERE! WORST FOOD AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! 👎👎👎👎👎🤮🤮🤮

The best place to order food in town. I had been there customer for 3 long years! There food is fresh and good. The people is super nice. Sometimes I went pickup and notice how busy they can get. 10 orders on the table and 10 more on the counter! I'm very understanding if my order gets late. Still very good and fresh. Best place ever.

Took 2 hours to have my food delivered. Wanted a discount and all they offered was a 2 liter of soda. They sure don’t like giving any money back to people I can tell you that. I’ll probably order again from here only because I like food but 2 hours is too much. (It took 2 hours because they ran out of rice...)

I called to place an order at the Chopsticks on Ft. Campbell Blvd and asked a question before I started my order. The person answering the phone advised me that he does not honor the 20% online order coupon and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager. He told me he was the manager and hung up because he had 2 other lines waiting on him and I wasn't fast enough with my order. He then advised me to hurry up and order, but I just hung up the phone. Since when does "let me get an order of" cause the worker to become irate? Never trying to order from this place again. Happy Panda and King Mao have nicer workers, better tasting food, and a better delivery system.
