Mcdonald's

We frequent this McDonald's quite often It's never a great experience either they're closed or they just went on lunch break or or they're doing a changeover or there's not enough people working so their unable to take my order. Or I sit in the drive through line for 30 plus minutes. (Night shift time-frame) The food is always cold. There's been times when I didn't even eat what I just paid for because it's gross. The staff is always friendly though.

This will be the last time I ever visit this McDonald's. I don't know who owns it, but this site needs employee retraining, or maybe new staffing. This is the closest one to my home, and 3 seperate times I have visited with the same issue on service. You can look and see 5 to 6 employees working behind the counter, so it not a number issue. Waited over 45 min for 2 smoothies. Called the store to remind them they had me waiting... then next call was direct to store manager. My first experience was an order for 10 apple pies, took over an hour. Granted it would take over 15 minutes, but not an hour. Had to remind the employees about my order before I got it. The McDonald's at exit 1, and exit 11 have the quickest service for large orders family or offices in my experience. 5 stars for their teams over there.

We went to this McDonald's almost every morning for 2weeks+ while were in the middle of a move. We ordered on the app or at the kiosk and they brought the food to our table. Even with limited staff they have always been so attentive and nice to us and our 1 year old little girl. One day I had trouble checking in on the app and they still were able to help us. I appreciate that they have kept the dining room open; it was a big help to us during a stressful move.

My family will no longer eat at this location. We went inside Sunday August 8th and found unsanitary and nasty interior conditions. Aside from the self service ordering everyone is mandating, we got exactly what we ordered with the staff on site with 99% of the staff on the grill/ drive Moldy Coke machine fully exposed and unclean knowing the public was present Flies dead in the window with no regard of cleanliness Trash on the floor and under tables (we cleaned up after ourselves, but didn't clean the mess that was there when we arrived) Please regard the attached pictures. Please work toward cleaning up your store.

I have never been to a McDonald's where the crew literally just ignores the drive thru. It's like they don't know how to work the mic, so they just don't. There are times when one person is actively talking to customers in one lane but the other lane remains unanswered which leads to extreme frustration from customers. Do better and teach your staff how to work the registers and mic. Close a lane if there isn't enough staff to do both.

The speed of the drive thru, at least on Sunday morning, was at least 5 minutes at the speaker, not including before and after ordering food. The parking lot was worse than a landfill. It appeared to not have been cleaned for over 24 hours. Don't offer lattes, etc unless you're prepared to have them available. The food was lukewarm at best and if we order sauces we expect to have them in the order. We also ordered sugar and cream for the coffee and didn't receive sugar. The drive thru attendant does not seem to be aware McDonald's has a drive thru app with a drive thru code. That was an experience to explain to her. There are other breakfast options in the area which will allow you to have a better experience and better quality.

This location is HORRIBLE. The dinning area hasn’t been cleaned for days. There was a recipe on the floor from 2 days ago and French fries and other misc trash all over. The staff were joking and horse playing in the back. The only positive thing was that the food did eventually show up… however it took longer than it should and the fries were very stale.
