Burger King

The food has been really good, but they got my order wrong again tonight..I was shorted my large fries..last time they didn't even put my chicken nuggets in the bag..also no receipt. Come on guys, you can do better. I had to pull over to buy fries at another chain..because your doors are locked and I didn't want to re wait in the long line..I will give credit where credit is due though..my food both times has been very good. If I return, I will double check everything in my bag...sigh......

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been dealing with their lack of costumer service for a month now. A month ago I got only half of my order and when we tried to call no one answered. Got a hold of corporate and they sent an inquiry that they needed to get a hold of me. Nothing. Normally I don’t care for a missing item. But $40 later and only two out of 6 were able to eat their meal that’s something. It’s not hard to make things right and have good costumer service. Will not go back to this store.

This place is usually great but recently the service has been horrible. Not sure if they hired new people or what but the employees in the afternoon/ evening are awful now judging from my most recent visits. The last visit was the worst when my money was taken on the app and I didnt receive any food or information as to why. The person refused to provide a phone number or name or any information regarding a refund and I had to call the corporate number for assistance. If the staff is changed it can probably go back to being a great BK with the traditional BK food ppl love but as for now its definitely not worth it. The ladies I have encountered in the evening are great but the boys (did NOT behave like men at all) were not meant to be in customer service.

Stop to get 2 large drinks at 4:40 pm and drove to the inside lane behind 1 car. We sat there for 5 minutes and the car in front had not moved. Couldn't tell what was happening but the driver kept waving his arm. We pulled over to the outside lane thinking that there was a problem and they would take care of us. When we pulled up they said ""one minute please". Keep in mind we are heading very close to 10 minutes in line. The car in the inside lane finally pulls forward and another car pulls up to the speaker and THEY TAKE HIS ORDER leaving us sitting there, when he pulled forward they never spoke to us. We kept saying hello and excuse me. When they finally spoke they said "one minute please". By now we are waiting 15 minutes!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!. It will be a VERY long time before we even think of returning to this establishment.

Came through the drive through at 10:30 and they told me they were only serving chicken products, at BURGER KING, I’m assuming they had just already shut the grill down which okay I guess. Decided to try another place but every other place was packed so I came back at 10:40 and then was told they were now closed 20 minutes before their closing time. I don’t normally leave reviews but this has me furious considering there were two cars in the drive through ahead of me that got food. If you want Burger King I would suggest going 2 miles down the road to the next Burger King. I will never go back to this Burger King again. Which is very unfortunate because they are right next to my house. 0 out of 5 stars. I really hope the managers see this. Sunday, June 19th 2022
