Disgusting x2. Went threw the drive thru around 130/2pm and all of my items were old or improperly made. My chicken quesadilla was mostly cheese and tortilla. Came back to rectify SOME of my food with the manager and she had an attitude about it and wanted to see the improperly made food (I guess because she didn’t believe it). The food we received in return was still improperly made but a bit fresher but was thrown at us with a “here just go” attitude by the manager. Pics below for proof smh. Won’t be coming here again. The only reason I go to this location is because it’s so close to my house. I’ve had multiple bad experiences and enough time passes and I decide to give them another chance because I want a quick dinner. It never fails, they never make the menu item correctly or give you what you ordered. The shells and chips are always stale. This was my “crunch wrap supreme” Management or the owner seriously needs to step up and train these workers properly.

Went here yesterday normally go to the drive through but upon going inside the diner was so cold I could see my breath. The food was cold. The restaurant was not busy at all and same with the drive through yet it took them 25-30 minutes to make like 4 items. Then gave me cinnamon twists even though I asked them not to because I'm allergic to cinnamon (like my throat closes) and the cinnamon got inside half the food so I couldn't eat it. Only giving a 2 star because I never had this issue with the night crew only day crew that works here.

The worst Taco Bell in town. They’ve been out of Taco Bell bags for months now. Every time I go there the food is always prepared sloppy. Like somebody just threw it together, this morning they said their coffee machine wasn’t working after I placed the order. The quality overall is just bad to me. Great location being on Tiny Town road, but maybe they need someone to come down & give them more training on providing quality fast food.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place is honestly horrible. 9 times out of 10 if you go in the morning they say they don’t open until 8 am and are only taking grub hub orders. Walked over there today from my work and after watching me try to enter the lobby a guy came out to tell me he saw me walking over but the lobby is closed and if I wanted to order food I had to WALK through the drive thru. I’ve watched this man just stand at the door telling everyone pulling in that the lobby is closed. Maybe he should make better use of his time and actually work the front counter instead of standing there. This place is ridiculous.

This has gotten to be one of the worst taco bells I have ever been. Someone really needs to retrain employees customer service! They make you feel like your a burden. None of them seem like they enjoy there job. They come up with any reason to not do there job they constantly rush you. And the food isn't fresh. They gave cold fries I mean cold to the touch and when I took then back they informed me that they didn't even have the fryer on and that they was old fries.
