Waited 40 minutes for my food because of a grubhub before me and a few others. Had to ask for a refund because I had to leave. They couldnt refund it properly because the kiosk price was different? Weird.

Brand new location with a modern fast-casual decor. This particular store seems a bit smaller than other ones in Clarksville but offers what you have come to expect from a Taco Bell location cheap and tasty Mexican fast food to satisfy your cravings. As a bonus, they got two tables with built-in USB ports and electrical outlets. AP Score: Check it out

One evening last week, I went there and put in a large takeout order (big family). The crew got it done in good time, and I know they were simultaneously handling other orders and the drive thru, so that makes their work even more notable. Then, an older gentleman came in asking a lot of questions, he seemed to not really know anything about Taco Bell food. The young woman who seemed to be running the store (I think her name was Natalie?) Was incredibly patient with him, answering his questions and explaining things to him and doing her best to help him, even when he changed his order at the last minute.
An all around great job by everyone on duty there that night.

Our food tasted good. Probably because it took them 25 minutes to get it to us. I'm sure the perfectionists in the back were working tirelessly to make sure our 2 soft tacos were Oscar worthy.

The closing manager and closing shift is incredibly ignorant. They lack the mental capacity of the app and to understand that taking down a name so something doesn’t go on an item is easy. Instead I was told “yeah. Figure it out on the app.” AFTER explaining to them that it didn’t give me the option and to call the store. And hung up on. I tried to call back and explain and now the “call user is busy.” Terrible service drives away clientele.

Was told I could not order at the counter and that I needed to use the kiosk...the Kiosk does not have what I wanted, it is on the main menu board.
I felt like I was annoying the guy who told me to order at the kiosk and he had no one to take my order.
So, Ok left.
Non existent customer service.
Why bother having the dining room at all.
