Outback Steakhouse

Our waitress was amazing. (sorry don't remember her name, but that pink hair was totally doing it for her 💅) food was great. Steak cooked medium and juicy. A nice outing for the family. ONLY COMPLAINT.... WE MADE RESERVATIONS FOR 6:30PM, ARRIVED AT 6:25PM AND WERE TOLD WE WERE STILL TO WAIT 30 MINUTES.... 🤷🏻‍♂️ SO WHY MAKE RESERVATIONS?

Let me start this off with the fact I’ve never written a restaurant review before, the service I received from Perry at Clarksville’s Outback Steakhouse was hands down the greatest customer service I’ve had at a restaurant. Constantly replacing drinks with perfect timing without me even asking. Quick delivery, and a fun personality. I’ve been here one other time a few months ago but he somehow still remembered the one thing I ordered with the sauce I added from months ago. Great waiter to have and highly recommend this Outback!

Get Backout to Outback. Arrived around 2 on a Saturday afternoon and got seated right away. The crowd was thin and the staff was welcoming. Jesse P promptly started interacting with us. He was very patient and helpful as we navigated through food sensitivity concerns. He went out of his way to secure our pleasant experience. The Blueberry Lavender Lemonade was sparkling and refreshing. The Baked Potato Soup was classically good. The Cream of Broccoli was warming and satisfying. Highly suggested by Jesse, we ordered the Caramel Mustard Glazed Pork Chops. The dish didn't disappoint. The pork chops were cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The veggies were steamed to tender crunch. A memorable meal for sure.

We arrived and were seated with in minutes. We were greeted by this wonderful person named Cassie ( her smile lit up the room), so friendly and she started us on a most excellent experience. The food was awesome and so was she. You could tell my the sounds coming from the kitchen that the Chef was very passionate about his career. Our food was cooked to perfection, just as we had ordered it. This was not my first time visiting your location, but it was the most awesome. We were very, very satisfied. We will be back soon!

My shrimp was so spicy 🔥 and salty I couldn't eat it. Bloomin onion was good for the first few bites but as it cooled it was soaking in grease. Even my house salad had a 🔥 sauce on it. I won't be returning to Outback because I was thoroughly disappointed. It was too expensive to have to pay for a meal that was sub par. I did get the twisted BBQ ribs as an an entree and it was basically the only thing that was good.

My wife ate here as an early Valentines since I work nights. Let me start by saying this place was very nice and clean. Great food as well. Octavia, our waitress was AMAZING! Super personality and spot on with our order. She even helped my wife with recommendations on shrimp since my wife isn't big on seafood. Octavia killed it and added to a wonderful experience at Outback.

My last experience being at Outback was a very good one. From the food to the service it was all fabulous. Everything was hot and fresh and well prepared. Our waitress Sheldon was a very nice and courteous person. She was making sure we were good and didn’t need anything as well as answering all of your questions about the menu. She definitely sealed the deal for our experience. I live in Louisville but I’d definitely come back to Clarksville to enjoy this experience again. Thank you

Everything was very good even though the server and restaurant was very busy. We came after 8pm on a Friday night. Total order for the table was a Blooming onion, coconut shrimp, sirloin, salad, and baked potato. All were very good/well cooked/sliced/seasoned. I personally have always loved the coconut shrimp, but last time at Outback we were less than impressed with the steaks so this was a definite improvement. I have a feeling it won't take as long to go back again. Small note... Salad might have been the nicest basic house salad I've had at a chain restaurant. Everything was sliced thin; lots of tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers; and the blue cheese dressing was delicious. Good job!
