Domino's Pizza

I ordered a sausage pizza online. Well done with extra sausage. When the pizza arrived, it literally had zero sausage. I called and the GM was really nice and got me a replacement started right away. It arrived to my hotel fast. When I opened it up, it's literally covered across the board in sausage to the point it's pretty much inedible. I called back and the GM was really nice and is going to comp my order the next time im in town, but this is crazy. I'm giving two stars instead of one because the customer service was absolutely awesome, but the food absolutely sucked. The second pizza seems like they were literally mocking me for complaining about the toppings they forgot on the first pizza. I've attached pictures to show you I'm not exaggerating.

Ordered from this store late on a Friday the 23rd and despite having a short staff the gentleman working was extremely polite and got the order together quickly. Hats off to the people like this gentleman grinding through shifts despite being the only ones working and still being a pleasure to deal with. Definitely cannot say this for everyone. A+ experience

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Shame on you, google, for screwing with my most truthful opinion. I order online, delivery- two medium pizzas and their brownie/cookie hybrid. Two hours later, I’m on hold with the store for over 10 minutes, and I decide to drive to the store. They are still working (4 employees hovering over a register, I guess that’s working), but they have the door locked and I am standing out the cold, fuming. Finally, a scared-looking employee comes to the door to ask if I am picking up. I reply that I actually was waiting for a delivery from 2 hours ago, and I’d like to speak with a manager. He promises she’ll be right out. Of course, she is not. Eventually someone lets me in, and I ask for my order, no less than three times before she (manager) understands what I’m asking. I tell her my order has been sitting over an hour and I want to check the pizzas before I leave. She immediately claims they haven’t (BS!), and the tracker lies. Good information for all of you Dominos regulars out there! The pizzas are not correct, they are very lukewarm, and the cheese is congealed, as though it’s been sitting for over an hour (no…couldn’t possibly be…). I ask if she is authorized to issue a refund and am met with a very hostile “Well, why would you need a refund?” Ummm…I just told you my pizzas aren’t right and they are old and cold. She shrugs it off. Needless to say…don’t go here. Just go anywhere else. Service still matters!! I understand staffing is poor everywhere, but that does not justify this level of service and this level of work ethic.

So.....ordered pizza about 40 mins ago, tracker says its in the 'prep' stage. Very frustrated. I had also been on hold for a little bit with the local store. Compounded frustration. The young woman that finally got a second to answer the phone was very polite, heard my concerns, and addressed them in a professional, sympathetic way. She was the only in-store employee doing her best, with one driver, to deliver fresh, hot , quality pizza to her customers. This woman deserves a RAISE!!!! I have ways loved my local domino's!!! Even more so now.

Ordered my pizza on line for pick up. Was given a time to be there. Hit the I am here button for pick up. Was left in the parking lot for almost an hour. Finally walked in and was told there were only 2 people on shift and they were behind. My order was sitting on the back counter. Hadn't been touched. Before I left the store 2 more people came out of the back which put 4 people in the store. They were behind because 3 of them were hanging out in the back and the poor guy left up front looked like a deer caught in head lights. He didn't have a clue. I will NEVER order from domino's again!!

Food was hot but doughy…Cinnamon twists just slightly above raw as well as stuffed cheesy bread…it was delivered fast and hot but next time take an extra couple minutes longer so the dough is cooked please. Thanks so much. We finished cooking it at home and ate it so it’s whatever…would just recommend cooking it all the way thru. ❤️👍😉 #thetroublemaker
