Corleone's Ristorante & Bar

All restaurants, Italian or not, can learn a few things from the way Corleone's goes about making and serving Italian food. The food looks, feels, and tastes fresh regardless of whether it was prepped from scratch. The menu offers a lot of good classic Italian dishes, and the portions are sized right. Service is professional, quick, and friendly with a no-nonsense approach. Prices, not unlike everywhere else, are too high.

Decided to take my tastebuds to Corleone’s Ristorante & Bar and ordered the Ferencini. The Ferencini consists of shrimp, calamari, clams, and scallops in a lobster chardonnay cream sauce tossed with linguini. I am a lover of seafood and this dish delivered with a lot of my favorites. I will say the food overall did not have much seasoning or flavor to it. The bread was nice warm accompanied with a nice butter/garlic dipping sauce. The restaurant has a gorgeous setup with a stylish and unique patio. The service wasn’t the best. Our server was eager to get our order but once we got our food she never came back to check on us until it was time to leave. Overall I had a nice experience and although I know it was a few mishaps I still would recommend this this restaurant for pasta & wine lovers.

A hidden gem in Parma. I don’t know how I was late in discovering Corleone but glad I did. I ordered the NY Strip with the Mushrooms. It was superb, and my steak was a perfect medium. The mashed potatoes were also very good. Side note: try the Blue Cheese dressing with your side salad. They make it in house and it’s 👌🏻👌🏻

If you haven't been to this place you owe it to yourself to go. It is a staple of the area, and for good reason! My wife and I usually sit at the bar and the atmosphere is excellent. Jill gives top notch service! The food has yet to disappoint no matter what we order. Authentic Italian food, you betcha!

Went there after the CSU graduation. Great atmosphere, staff and most of all the food. Prices were reasonable too. Had a group there and they took very good care of us. The place was busy and our appetizers and meals came out timely. Check out their menu! We were coming in from out of town and just happened to find it. We were looking to stay down town, so glad we were looking around and found this place. When ever we get back to the area this is a must go back type of place.
