Once you trek your way through the marijuana cloud on 4th street, you’ll find your way into Saigon. A small, unassuming Vietnamese restaurant. The service was prompt. The atmosphere was quiet. Our food was delicious. My 10 year old had the shrimp stir fry and I have the vermicelli w shrimp. Both were excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious Vietnamese food.

Wow!! If you want a filling, healthy and delicious Vietnamese food, you have to check this out! The food is fast, authentic and we have gone multiple times now. Service is fast, bathrooms are clean, staff is friendly.

This is a fantastic Vietnamese Restaurant located right in the heart of the trendy E 4th St in Downtown Cleveland. The food is well prepared and nicely presented and tastes great too. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The service is extremely friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of comfortable booths as well as long tables for large groups. This place is a GEM. I will return. We were delighted with our visit.

Stumbled upon Saigon Restaurant & Bar in the heart of downtown Cleveland, surrounded by vibrant food joints, bustling bars, and groovy live music. The server suggested I try their pho and pork spring rolls - best advice I'd had all day! Tasting those flavors stirred nostalgic memories of warm family gatherings around a hearty bowl of pho. I left delighted with my dining choice and strongly recommend you to check this place out if you're around.

Very Kind owner and the food was Amazing!! If you love great service and pho, check out this beautiful place!! My 5 boys loves their pho even have to drink the soup out of the bowl lol!! Thank you for making us feel welcome in Cleveland and we will be back to visit!!!

Exquisite food. Was in Cleavland for business and got recommended for this restaurant by a colleague. All dishes in the menu seemed interesting and it was very hard to chose. I think I must come here again and taste more of the delicious dishes they have on the menu

We were in Cleveland for a visit. The food is fresh & delicious. We ordered the “Crispy Noodles”- Mi Xoa Don and Bun Dish B7. Both dishes were so good! Thank you for a great dinner.

Food, service, ambiance all excellent at reasonable prices. We had summer rolls, shrimp lotus rootlet salad, curry squid, crepe, and charbroiled pork rice. All great, and among them I liked the most the curry squid and charbroiled pork rice.

I live above Saigon on E 4th. I eat here/order take out at least 3x a week. I’ve traveled all of the world. Might be one of my favorite restaurants ever. I bring all my out town friends here. Recommendations: Shrimp Rolls, Pho & Crispy Pork Roll Rice Noodles dish. Really can’t go wrong.
