Best lunch ever !!! Our server was Mary and she treated us like old friends ! The cook , who I think may be the owner , and I believe his name is Nick , was incredible . I ordered Baba Ganoush , which is roasted eggplant with Tahiti sauce , and it was so very delicious ! My husband got the double corned beef , and I have to tell you , this wasn't processed , cookie-cutter corned beef . This was how you would make it at home . We had a fantastic , laid back lunch and we will go again . I highly recommend this establishment !

Checked out my man Karl Abounader today😒, so sorry they're putting him out of business. Best "Corned Beef Sandwiches" in Cleveland, OH!!! I Know, I've been coming here since 1991!

Had a wonderful corned beef sandwich here for lunch while serving jury duty. Karl's has a wonderful old-school pub vibe and a menu to match. This is a get-what-you-expect establishment in the best way. The folks working here are friendly and proud of their food. 👍

Our breakfast experience was amazing. It felt like breakfast with family. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. The corn beef hash was the best we have ever had. Top it off with a Bloody Mary and score you have the perfect breakfast or pregame meal.

I took one look at the 'free breakfast' in my hotel and thought there must be something better? I asked another hotel's concierge down the street and they recommended Karl's. I was not disappointed, great atmosphere, great food and great price. Read about Karl's journey on the many plaudits on the walls and had the pleasure of chatting to K. as I paid. Highly recommended and thank goodness for real eateries with character, history and warmth like this, to an out of town visitor. Cheers Karl.

Great diner, friendly service, very welcoming and cozy atmosphere. We were able to get some off menu grilled cheese sandwiches served with fries. Being a vegetarian, it's nice to be accomodated as best as possible. Thank you Karl's!

Quick service and good size portions. I liked that the potatoes were sliced and not just French fries. The rye toast was delicious so I’m going back to try the sandwiches!

Excellent relaxed lunch near the convention center. Being from NYC, I have pretty high standards for corned beef and this didn’t disappoint. Suuuper thin and tender with great flavor.
