Antonio's Pizza And Spaghetti

The food here is always excellent and on this occasion we ordered take out. PIZZA, GREAT, ANTIPASTO SALAD, DELICIOUS. My problem was the muffelatta. It comes with a type of olive salad that is always good. We put it all over the sandwich and it was gross. It tasted like sauerkraut. When I called I spoke with Gina, who actually raised her voice and told me not to say the word sauerkraut again. Listen, I have eaten here for more than 20 years. Gina, there was something wrong with the way it tasted and you NEVER raise your voice to a customer.

My father rants and raves about this place but we live very far away. We were able to make a stop by for dinner while visiting Cleveland. It did not disappoint. We had a pizza and some breadsticks and it was fantastic. The staff is incredibly talented and professional and the food is very VERY good and reasonably priced. Came hungry and left happy. It’s a staple.

I don't often take the time to review establishments, good or bad, but wanted to take the time out to do so here. I've been to various Antonio's locations for either pizza or outside catering and I've dined in at this location a few times, but not anytime recently or since their remodel. Never any issues and they have excellent food. I decided to plan my parents 50th wedding anniversary here. I dealt with Linda from the start and let me tell you, she's in the right business!! A true class act. So many are in the hospitality industry that just shouldn't be. I never felt rushed when talking on the phone with her and she handled everything for the party beautifully. The day of, all of the staff was friendly and greeted us warmly. We had a nice back area all to ourselves. Now service. It wasn't bad by any means, but wasn't exceptional either. It was okay and I really don't have any complaints about it in particular. I will say, we waited a long time to have bread and salad brought out (about an hour and a half or even a little longer) and the bread was burned!! I noticed mine was but didn't think much of it and just ate the middle, but had several guests tell me the next day that everything was great except the burned bread 😅. There was a very slight hiccup with our food bill that I didn't realize until the next day. I called and Linda saves the day again! She corrected it so kindly and promptly. She's wonderful and such an asset to the establishment! Mistakes happen everywhere, for me, it's how they are handled. I would never hesitate to order catering, have another event or recommend Antonio's to others in the future. Thanks again for all of your kindness and great work Linda!! 👏👏
