The food is always good here. It's one of the better places if you want cheese steak subs in the area. The fries are always fresh cut and delicious. I've had the BLT and it was also very good. I always order extra bacon on it cuz it's never enough. But that's just me

I absolutely loved coming here a few days ago! I had never visited this location, but it’s definitely the best one around. Super nice atmosphere and staff! Izzy made my sandwich, and she was super sweet and nice to talk to.

We went to this Penn Station tucked away in Middleburg Hts. Every single employee was friendly, kind and generous. The quality of the food was super fresh and hot. The store was clean and fresh environment. One of the workers brought us the wrong sandwich, which we started eating. Then our sandwich we ordered came up and we got to keep it! Top notch customer service. This will be a stop for a quick dinner again!

The bread they use here for their cheesesteak sandwiches is hands down the best sub bread I've had. Absolutely delicious! The staff here was very accommodating. When I informed them that one of the cheesesteaks was for someone with an onion allergy, they washed their grill tools before preparing our food. Everyone was really nice. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I was getting my order to-go, but I'd have no qualms about dining in. Another great Penn Station experience!

Don't let the pictures fool you, but my food was great. I got cheese steak with artichoke hearts and spicy brown mustard. Everything looks mashed together and the same color. When the fries are hot they're very tasty. Customer service was above average.

Normally this location is just “good”, but tonight, the crew that was working inside blew my wife and I away. The subs were perfectly prepared, seasoned, cooked, and wrapped, the fries were perfectly made with the correct proportion of salt. Even the LEMONADE was somehow way better, not as sweet as normal, and I’m a firm believer that lemonade should be tart.
I didn’t happen to catch the name of the manager on duty, but the name of the person that took my order was Marcus according to my receipt, and I just wanted to say that I am THOROUGHLY satisfied, and impressed. Y’all made a bad day, turn right around. Thank you !!!

The food was amazing, The staff was great, fast and kind. I saw no issues with my visit. Fries were fresh, sandwiche was perfect. I feel that anyone who complains is basically a Karen.

We went there today for the first time. I was surprised by how friendly the whole staff was. The food was very good, and I'm happy to say there was more than one vegetarian option, while my hubby had the Philly cheese steak. He said it was delicious.

Love this place best subs in the area. Wide variety of subs, fries are always cooked fresh and the lemonade is delicious. We always come here when we are looking for some hot and quick food. Would highly recommend
