The Tea Lab

These folks are great! I stopped by on a trip to Cleveland from out of town. They had just closed, but the nice attendant let me in anyway because I was looking for something specific - and they had it! I had been looking everywhere. I live in Chicago, but now I regularly order this tea from them (keemun hao ya, theirs is the best I've found) and they always ship it within the day. Today they shipped it within the hour! Wonderful store, highly recommended.

I stopped in today since I was staying downtown. Brilliant product knowledge and very friendly. She never got bored with my questions and she answered every one of them with no problems. I ended up getting some honey along with a brew in mug and tea. I left The Tea Lab Cleveland knowing much more than I ever thought I knew about tea. I could not wait to get home to try everything. Once I did it was amazing. I love to get great things from amazing people. Will definitely return again when I need more tea and honey!

Very Knowledgeable staff. Helped me with all my questions about tea and cup diffusers. I stopped by while visiting Cleveland but because of that great service, I am going to order online once I run out of my tea! Can't beat their prices either. I have tried to shop for teas in my city but nothing compares to Tea lab. The prices and flavors are worth it!

This is a great shop to get loose leaf tea. They have a myriad of flavors and are more than helpful when picking it out. The employees have all been extremely positive to work with and have helped in picking out tea. From herbal, green, black to whichever you like they should have it. They also make tea drinks and they are a great value for the monthly special.
