Nice warm place to sit and enjoy tea and a pastry on Saturday morning.
Baristas are very quick, kind, and friendly. Very good service.

Love this location! All of the workers are so friendly and kind! Whenever I mobile order, they are always done on time and done well. They often run out of sandwiches so definitely check the app before you go in hope of a sandwich. There is a lovely view of the falls from the side windows and if you go when it’s not super busy, there’s many seating options.

Nice escape from the howling winds. Great little escape while walking the beautiful Chagrin Falls area. Great spot to catch up on some work, there is a nice table in the back away from the front area. Snag it if you can! Great service and friendly staff. I parked a bit away from the shop, but there are multiple lots in the area.

Beautiful location right beside the falls. The building itself has clearly been around for well over 100 years and suits the Starbucks design esthetic quite nicely.
As a Starbucks, it's exactly as you'd expect. I ordered a cold brew coffee and the service was friendly and efficient. The story was pretty busy but the orders were filled pretty quickly. Recommended!

Stopped in on Sunday, 4/18. The staff was SO friendly and super helpful (I wanted to try a new drink but was hesitant and they offered lots of great suggestions.) Everyone was masked and the place was very clean.

The team that works here are great! Surprisingly Madeline remembered me from a previous visit and greeted me by name. That was pretty cool. Really appreciate everyone there. Also other customers have been chatty and helpful with the door at times. There is also a terrific view of the falls from the windows. One of my favorite places to visit for sure.

The Starbucks in downtown Chagrin Falls is probably one of my favorite Starbucks to visit. All of the baristas there are very friendly and take time to strike up a conversation with you. It has a great small town feel to it. In addition my drinks always come out exactly how I ordered them.

They can get backed up a little bit, but the staff is incredibly friendly and you get a wonderful view of the waterfalls of Chagrin Falls, so not too much to complain about in that simple fact.
