Dunkin'

Its an unhealthy addiction but Dunkin is so good, that this morning was the 2nd time a customer ahead of me paid for my drink! She was waiting to turn into the parking lot, and due to right-of-way, she had to wait for 2 cars to turn in while she waited. I was one of them, and pulled to the side so she could get in front of me in the drivethru. She seemed to be in a bigger hurry than me, and I've had it happen to me before. Anyway, Dunkin is consistent, polite and fast. Im not saying they earned my free beverage, but they didnt mess it up, either. Ive never had a McDonalds customer buy me a free drink. (I did see a customer yell at a McDonalds manager till she cried last year.) If Dunkin wasnt good, their customers would be less happy, and more distracted. They run smooth, and dont make themselves a distraction from enjoying life. Also, thank you to the kind woman who bought my drink. It made my day. :) Kindness in these crazy times is golden.

This is my local DD& they always have excellent service and the morning manager is the sweetest and I left my wallet and she recognized me as a regular customer and gave my smoothie at no charge and that made my day that was actually going horrible , I appreciate the gesture and I’ll always be a customer 💕

This place improved a lot. It's excellent in the community. Also, look at my pics. They put ice cream inside a donut for me. On October 30th, 2021, I noticed a lot of Afghan refugees working at this location. I appreciate things like this. Below is past reviews I refuse to delete: September 26th, at 9:23 am. I order a dozen donuts every Sunday, and it’s always messed up. This week they gave me 11 donuts instead of 12. I am unsure if management read these comments, but it’s been too many mistakes without someone reaching out. I will be calling corporate. September 19th, 2021, at 9:15 am. I got a dozen donuts. I specifically told the lady what I wanted, and she put whatever she wanted in the box. I am reporting this location to corporate. September 16th, 2021 at 8:15 pm. I’m not too fond of this location. When I worked at a restaurant, we didn’t shut down our ovens to clean until we were actually closed, not 30 minutes before, so that we could get out early. I’m not sure if the management wants them to do this, but it’s bad business. It’s like saying, “yes, we are open, but why are you showing up now?”
