Upper Crust Pizza

Follow them on Facebook they gave great specials, we got the pepperoni pizza, dozen wings & pepperoni rolls all for $20-. Was greeted as soon as I entered, when they say 20 minutes it sure was 20 minutes for pick up. This was the very 1st time we ordered from them the only reason why was the picture of the pizza with the crunchy pepperoni. My wife & daughter are fans of crunchy pepperoni, saw the deal on Facebook so had to order & see for ourselves if it really was good there's no words to explain how delicious the food was, my 1 1/2 y.o grandson ate 2 pepperoni rolls & a slice of pizza, all he kept saying was "YUMMM, YUMMM" he only says that when he really loves what he's eating, my wife, daughter & myself really enjoyed the food. The pepperoni was really crunchy had a lot of cheese & was sauced perfectly, the wings were awesome &the rolls were perfect had garlic topping & that made it over the top. We will most definitely return here I'm going to order something else from the menu I wasn't to try out the meatball sandwich haven't a good meatball sandwich since I went to Dibella's... ***BUEN PROVECHO***

Food is great. Usually not done on time though. This most recent time the guy gave me a free order of fries (and a popsicle for my kid) for the inconvenience. We usually get the chicken tenders or the Cleveland pan pizza. Always delicious. The online order tracking must be a gimmic because mine said it was cooked, packaged, and ready but they said the order never came through at their end. Maybe they could look into the issue. Ordered on 04/16/2019 for pickup at 3:30p.

Asked for the veggie pizza without cheese and mentioned I needed it to be vegan. They had no problem doing so, and I think they piled on extra vegetables. Was very good. Would like to see them add a vegan cheese, but pizza was good without any cheese. Sauce was much to my liking, not at all sweet.

The food was absolutely amazing! We were visiting from out of town it was kind of late and we were staying at a hotel and we really just didn’t feel like going anywhere because we had just driven for 3 hours so we looked for local places nearby to eat that could deliver. And they did an amazing job from taking our order to delivering the food to our room and we ordered cheesecake (which was amazing) and our delivery driver made sure we had forks he got some from Wendy’s before he came and had me double check that the person that put our order together put forks in there. Which there were forks but he really went out of his way to make sure we were covered. But the pizza was the best I normally don’t like thicker crust pizza but it was just so warm and fresh I absolutely loved it! Would definitely recommend it.

My review is just for the "Chicken Law Sandwich" and service, I haven't tried the pizza yet. I received a pamphlet in the mail and surprisingly never heard of them, well it was football sunday and I wasn't feeling like a pizza so I saw that chicken law sandwich and my mouth watered. I ordered it and asked under the special directions for it to be made with love haha. They did just that, this sandwich is big and and the fries were really good. Even a nice little touch drawing a heart on the box haha. I love it. Can't wait to try a pizza here, definitely recommend to anyone.

People make mistakes sometimes, WE ALL DO. but rarely happens with location on puritas. When it did ONE TIME they fixed it right away with no problems, no attitude no anything. I'm not going to say what the mistake was, but for once can we just leave ratings when we get good service? All ratings do not have to be negative.

I ordered a 3-topping gluten-free pizza, a side salad and a 2 Liter Diet Coke. The total with tip was over $30. When the delivery guy showed up, he had no silverware, no napkins, and no Diet Coke. He gave me a fork from Wendy's. When I called to let them know, they were very snippy with me and told me that I had to ask for silverware and napkins. For a $30+ order???? ***UPDATE***: THE OWNER SAW MY REVIEW AND CALLED ME. HE APOLOGIZED FOR THE BREAK IN SERVICE. HE PROMISED TO MAKE UP FOR IT ON MY NEXT ORDER. I WILL TAKE HIM UP ON IT.

This is one of the best cleanest pizza places on the westside of Cleveland this is my third time eating here. I was just there today and I ordered a 8 cut medium sauage and pepperoni pizza yeah I agree the prices are a little steep but for good food and a clean place to eat from to me it's priceless I paid 14.00 out the door for it. Good people good food and no waiting . I would subjust u order ahead never did delivery but my daughter has and the food was delivered hot and good. Overall I give them five stars. Customer service five, food five, cleaness all five stars.
