Rascal House - Euclid Oh

I ordered on 4/26. 2 hours later, no food. When I called the employee was rude and condescending calling me "boss man". I asked to be refunded. The charge was pending but I sent an email to the company to ensure it didn't clear. Well it did. No reply email. BEWARE Now I get to call the credit card company and dispute. Rascal House owes me $42.02. They did refund the money after 48 hours.

I love their BBQ wings, make sure there's enough sauce, I needed to revise my review, the last few times I ordered my wings, I asked for extra sauce, they went so overboard that today when I ordered my wings for football Sunday, I was afraid to ask, there was no sauce, customer service over the phone was horrible and inside of the store too, due to COVID-19 with the pick up lobby being so small there should be some safety measures set so that so many people will not be in the lobby at the same time! Im Not going back anytime soon!!!

I was in town for work and stopped by the Euclid Ave location and had the best experience with who I thought was the manager. I over heard him giving support and coaching to his team and as a corporate trainer I want to celebrate both his customer service and competent leadership. I can tell he’s a passionate person and cares about his team. Salute! E. Jackson
