Not many McDonald's I can say it went well but, this one I want to go back to

If I remember correctly, I only purchased a medium caramel frappe. The employee working the window where you pay, asked if I needed a receipt, to which I stated no. I was shocked, when the next thing he asked, was if I wanted my change. I was taken aback with that question, why wouldn't I, unless I said keep the change.
