I had never tried Jimmy Johns Before I bought Sandwiches for a Party These subs were so fresh and tasty I will be going back there.

Order from this location couple times a month. Food always good, service fast. Well, normally fast. Today we had a hiccup and order didn't arrive. So called store asking what happened to oder. Tracking saying order delivered, but we were not eating! 3 phone calls and they decided that order was not delivered by driver, hmmm.
So they remade order and sent again. We did receive the 2nd order, pretty quick. So we tip our hats to the customer service.
Oops. We received a phone call from another business an hour after we ate, which just happens to sit out on roadway in front our our building, about 200 feet away. We have different addresses and different business names, so a little mistake was made and the driver did deliver the 1st order, just to the wrong business. So not sure what went wrong. Anyways thanks.

I don't love Jimmy John's sandwiches for some reason. They are good but not my first pick usually. But this Jimmy John's is great! The service was excellent and fast and the food was perfect. It looked exactly like advertised. When the mood strikes, this is where I will go!
