This was the first time in a long time that I purchased any food from this restaurant, but I must say that it gave me very good service and timely fashion of receiving my food and I would recommend it to others!!!

Drive thru is always busy, sometimes sit in line 20+ min get to the speaker and they say they're not taking any more orders when they're supposed to be open still.

Although it was busy I was able to get in and out of there Thur the drive Thur , I was help by a couple different managers but precious came over and made sure everything was correct with my order and was very polite and patient with me :)

Second shift, male manager taking orders. You sir know your customer service. I live close and this is my only "quick" food option. Now I dont even mind the wait cause YOU GUYS ARE DOING GREAT. Smiles, your welcome, how are you today, the kindness in your voices. The change is definitely noticed 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

This Wendy's was great today. They had a very professional young lady working window with a great pleasant voice and smile. Her name was Lynese...I know I didn't spell correctly but she was awesome.

This Wendy's has improved a lot. We formerly made fun of it because the service was so poor and delivered with bad attitude. Today was a different experience. The intercom had been repaired so that you could understand the inside server. The order was filled correctly. The woman who gave us our food looked at us and smiled. New management? Anyway, I appreciated the changes.

The young girls in the drive thru were very polite to my surprise and the service was pretty fast. Food was made correctly so I can't complain. Don't live in the area so not sure when I'll be back but definitely will return if ever in that area again.
