I stopped in early in the morning to get food for my team. I needed 6 breakfast sandwiches so I went inside the restaurant. I placed my order and 4 minutes later I walked out with 6 made to order sandwiches. Staff was great..service was fast and efficient.

The food is basic McD's quality. The service is always fast and friendly. So many times I've actually seen the owner working the drive thru window, leading by example.

I’ve only visited this location a few times, as it’s not near my home but I wish it was. Every time I have been there I have received EXCELLENT customer service. As a previous fast food restaurant manager, I would be proud to have my staff act in such a way as I’ve been treated here. In my most recent experience a mistake was made, but the team went above and beyond to make it right! Shout out to Anna and her team! Thank you for your kindness!

Pleasant valley the young kid Matt was AWESOME I LOVE HIS ENERGY and he was friendly I asked him about the pie and he was very nice good attitude to be working the window great customer service

Not to jinx it, but the Pleasant Valley Rd. Location has shown improvement. Yay! Drive thru has been much quicker and I even get hot fries! Double yay! Keep up the good work 👍

There always seems to be some issue with the drive through/orders, I almost always wait way longer than normal but the food is consistent and the staff is always friendly!
