We ordered online and were five minutes early for pickup, and our order was just about ready. The service was good and the fella was nice to deal with. The roman burger was on tap to share with my boys as they're from Kansas City and never had a Roman Burger 😆. So I will tell you that if you want the true Roman Burger from the 30 year old memory banks, get a large with the extra meat... Otherwise you will be disappointed lol. We enjoyed the food and had a great ride down memory lane.

Best customer service experience I have had in quite a while. As long as the service and food stays this way I will only go to this location. I was greatly very pleasantly greeted and served. My food was fast and hot. The location was clean and smelled fresh.

I love this store, it is one of my favorites. The store is always impeccably clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and I have never had a less than perfect experience. Orders have always been spot on, hot, fast, and always made to order. I wish that location continued success.

I came in with my granddaughter today and while ordering food my granddaughter yells out "only one pickle on my sand which please!!" And the chef hears her! He says to herI only put one pickle as you requested young lady..she blushes and says thank you...it was very sweet! These little things/interactions makes the customers feel like they are important..that is what keeps us coming back! Thank you and we love you guys keep up the good work!!

Excellent sandwich shop. Spotlessly clean even the rest room was super clean. Best Mr. Hero I have been to and that has been many. Keep up the great work.

Fast and friendly service. The restroom is clean, the dining area is well maintained and stocked with the necessary condiments. Only complaint would be TV channel choice. They should put on any thing else other than news. Sports channels would be better than current depressive state of affairs and fickle weather conditions.
