Pizza Hut

Ordered a Pizza at 8:47pm. When the pizza didn't show up after an hour and a half, I called them to find out what was going on. Turns out, they have a policy that for all new customers they have to call them. Well guess what, I have no phone call. They said they left a voicemail. Don't have one of those either. And since they claimed they tried to call, they just cancelled the order. No cancellation notice, no pizza, no text, no NOTHING. The best part? Trying to complain on Pizza Hut's website, the form doesn't even work. Save yourself the trouble and order from someone who cares about their customer.

I called them because I heard my special friend ordered from them the day before and was able to order. The next day she orders, they tell her that they do not deliver to her area and gave her another pizza hut number. So this felt suspect to me, so I called them myself, and asked why it was, and a lady tried to tell me it was too far away and they tried to give me the number. I took it and I checked the distances. That place they gave me was 10 minutes away and they were 6! So now, I thought something was up and I called them back asking what was up with that, and the lady gave it to the delivery guy Chris and he gave me the same song and dance about it being too far. I hung up and thought about this. My friend is black and things didn't add up so I called again. Chris answers this time since they probably recognize my voice and number and told me they were not doing delivery right now and asked if I wanted to do carryout and I said no, I want to speak to your manager. Chris stalled for a couple of minutes and gave it to the same lady I spoke to before who obviously was not the manager. I told her about what was going on regardless and she must have been reading from a script because she kept asking if I wanted carryout even when I accused her of racism. I got angry and told her fine, you want to play that game, I'll contact the Better Business Bureau about this and hung up. I couldn't find them on BBB so I did the next best thing and wrote my experience here on Google reviews, but will be looking for other venues of making people aware because this is very unacceptable and I strongly feel these people are racist. Post Script, after posting my review, I had to edit it to remove the number they gave me, as it caused my review to remain locale due to google policies.

If I could I would give it zero start. Last night my food came a hour late. It took them 2 1/2 hours total. It was luke warm. I paid online so I had no choice put to wait. I tried calling the store twice. Once for 10min straight. I finally got a call from the drive to tell ran out of Pepsi. One other time they ran out of cheese...how do you run out of cheese?

I'm realistic and understand life happens, and due to unforeseen circumstances there may be a delay in service. However, if you hate dealing with the public and you believe that your job description does not require you to answer inquiries PLEASE save yourself and the public the headache and resign immediately. All of our jobs and be challenging, also can be very enriching, but yelling at me because you're overwhelmed by the demand is not going to rectify this situation or get my food out the door quicker. I'm sorry that currently you are not satisfied with your career chooses and I wish you well in your future endeavors. With that Pizza Hut on W.25th Cleveland needs better leadership if this is what's to be expected when dealing with this store.

Ate in with my family, and the phones would not stop going off. I see that completely normal, with this being a restaurant. However the denial to answer the phone was unbelievable. I thought for a second the phones were broken and would just keep ringing. No. They just neglected to answer. Then the food service. It took an hour to get a freaking PERSONAL PAN pizza, which had the wrong toppings. And then they got our Medium pizza order wrong, also. We'd ordered pepperoni for the medium pizza, but instead got sausage. And as for the personal pan, I do not eat pork. It makes me sick. There was pepperonies all over it, when I'd clearly said plain cheese. Never eating here again
