Cracker Barrel

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered my food through the curbside and waited 30 minutes after my arrival to get my food. I called and told them that I was there multiple times and they never came out with the food. after one hour of waiting I went inside and spoke with the manager and he said that the food was just sitting there and if they just wanted to reheat my food? What type of explanation is the that? What a great start to Valentine’s Day.

just left and the food was so good, but the 5 stars is mainly for our server. I think his name was Brandon and he was great. if I could give him 10 stars I would. super polite made sure my wife and I had everything we needed, checked on us to make sure we were still good. the food was good but the service was better

First off, my waitress Brianna was wonderful. A gem! Cracker Barrel is a great place to stop your travels, refresh and browse in the store. And thanks Brianna for taking such good care of me. Had I hit the lunch hours, I suspect my meal would have been better. I arrived at 2:30 though, and the potatoes and the meatloaf were slightly on the dry side, having been waiting under warmers. But hey, it was plentiful and $10 (plus $2.70 for tea). One small suggestion for the management... The waitstaff could use lessons in how to sweep under the tables DISCRETELY. Again, I visited in off hours, but I was sandwiched between two waitresses zealously attacking those floors like their lives depended on it. I grimaced at the thought of how much dust and dirt they were kicking into the air. The boss said sweep, and man, did they ever!
