Japanese Hibachi Express

We stood in store for an hour to get our food that we had ordered online ahead of time. Total time was 1hr 20min from when the order was placed. You'd think it would come out hot, fresh and correct with the wait... but atlast, no. Steak was chewy and basically burnt when we had ordered rare. "Fried rice was dry white rice with a spritz of soy to make brown last minute People came in and placed walk up orders and left before us. Floors were sticky. Oh, did I mention the piece of plastic in my wife's food. I have posted photos.

Normally this is my go to place for quick, decently priced, and good tasting Japanese food. I’ve been going here since they’re old location and coming to the new one. Today will be the last time, which is incredibly sad because I do enjoy they’re food. They’re was a line when I arrived which is normally not a big deal, because a staff member normally greets you and will take your order. And even let you pay, while your waiting in line. Unfortunately I didn’t get that opportunity, but everyone else behind me did. I can say I was quickly greeted upon arrival, placed my order. And proceeded to wait 40 minutes in line, and never making it to the window. Reason being I counted 5 cars behind me, who ordered and payed for they’re food, received it and pulled off. While I’m sitting in line and arrived before ALL OF THEM. why didn’t I get to pay? I only ordered a single entree. Meanwhile my 3 children in the vehicle are getting upset for waiting so long for food, we ordered. After the 5th car passed me with they’re food, I had to pull off. Never returning.
