Not impressed. When I visited the store it was not very busy. I ask the guy working the front line if he had anything on the menu that someone could eat if they were on a low carb diet.
Obviously I'm always up for suggestions but I was really expecting just a friendly response. The response was anything but it. He handed me a menu and told me "heres what we have" and walked away.
I wouldn't expect much if they were busy but the place was empty.
Know your product, take the time to listen and always treat the customer with respect and maybe even a little personality is a great bonus for any business.

When I called the place to take out order I had asked for two giant ham and cheese prepare to specific way. When I got there I only got half sandwiches I knew
something was wrong when they gave me my receipt and the total was not right

I am a delivery driver and I was given a card for a free sub as a thank you for the hard work I do. Jersey Mike's is the ONLY business that has done this and I am so impressed! Thank you all for the atta girl and the free sub. You guys have made my day! I love what I do and it's really nice getting recognition in good form for all the hard work that we delivery drivers do especially this year. Keep up the good work guys, and thank you thank you thank you!!

Always a good experience, but not cheap! Jersey Mike's has something for every set of tastes in our family, and has gluten-free bread, making sandwiches a rare option for our youngest. Unfortunately, they made the wrong sandwich for her this time, but overall they did good on the rest.
