Marcos Pizza

I used to love this pizza place and they “used” and I emphasize “used” to have great customer service. Here lately it always seems to be a chore to get my pizza right the first time, and it’s always happened with the same guy. He even decided after he forgot to put a topping on my pizza that it would be ok to stick them on after the pizza is threw the oven so the pepperoni just falls off. I’ve never complained or threw a fit in store, but I’m starting to lose faith in my once favorite pizza place in town. Fantastic pizza just not the best service as it used to be.

I have ate here several times and the food has generally always been good. The only complaint I have had about this place is that there have been a few times where my order had been messed up such as them forgetting to put a topping on a sub or mixed my sub up with someone else’s order but every time with the very few issues that I have had they have made it more then right to fix it. Not everybody is perfect and make mistakes but these guys have always owned up to them, took responsibility to them, and make it right. That’s why they will continue to have my business. 5 stars all the way.
