Placed online order. Waited 45 minutes past order time sitting inside. The employees had left it sitting in the back for 40 minutes and then tried to give it us. They remade the order...but we still did not get our drinks and the sauce was busted open inside the bag. Tried to call..never got an answer. Contacted the company.and never got a response. Very poorly run and staffed. Will NEVER ..EVER eat there again.

pulled up to the drive thru the other day, ordered 2 chicken finger plate lunches, pulled up to the window to pay and it was ready ( first clue) should have known right then it had been sittin there a while. the food was cold and the chicken was dry.i would rather wait for food and have it hot and fresh. trust me on this, i know chicken

I guess whoever makes the food thought it was funny to drench my whole box with zaxbys sauce when I simply asked for extra sauce on my neblizer meal. Due to the last time I went I got a tiny amount. I had to just wash my hands once it was done. I mean I love yall sauce but wow just wow 👏 good job zaxbys! I didnt even need the side of sauce on the side! I wish I could post a picture here!

After a 14 hour shift, I ordered 20 wings,large fries and coke for my son and I. They asked me to pull up to wait on my order,24 minutes later I got my order. Got home with it and there were a handful of fries and a flat coke. I've had better.

The food is good,but after you place your order online it’s always take 10-15 min more minuets to have it ready than it’s saying on the receipt.

This was a time that the fellow cashier should've paid more attention to the orders. Waited for 20 min. On my order while ticket no.'s after ours were being called, food stayed in the window the entire time.
