Dunkin'

Wow, another level of sad. 20 +min wait for drivethru to get a couple coffees. Get to window, they then decide to tell you they have zero change to give for cash and they would need to keep any change. Was it real, or ploy for tips or what? Creepy. We had zero confidence in handing over a credit card. Never again.

Would give zero stars if I could the manager is rude and filled our coffee with so much sugar it was not drinkable. And stood at the window like she was some sort of bada$$ as her and another employee mocked and made fun of my wife. Jasmine says she is the manager and if she is I see what’s wrong with the world today. I know it’s hard to find people to work nowadays but have some sort of hiring process that will eliminate people like her from being in that position we Will NEVER go back I have worked in customer service all my life and would have been fired on the spot for talking to customers that way. Make her pay based on customer service she won’t last long. It’s very sad that’s the face Dunkin wants to represent that store.
