Tried this chain for the first time. The chicken is decent. The staff were nice. You should consider eating in and leaving all packaging at the store. I don't recommend taking anything with you. Nothing. Eat, wash up, and go. I suspect the same goes for any businesses nearby.

I don't have any Bojangles where I live so we tried it. Was very impressed. My husband loved the sweet tea, the bo-berry biscuits, the chicken biscuit sandwich and the pimento cheese biscuit. I got the grilled chicken salad and I can honestly say it's among the top three fast food salads. It was mixed spring greens (not one leaf of iceberg lettuce - wonderful), cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and a warm grilled chicken breast cut and put on top. Perfect 😘 *chef's kiss*

This is the 2nd time I have come into this restaurant to order. Every time I come in , I get looked at yet ignored. For real. I understand it's hard to keep employees right now. If you can't run front then close the lobby so you don't leave us customers standing at the register for 10+ minutes before they decide to take business elsewhere. Unacceptable!

Easily the worst experience I have ever had. I will never eat here on my lunch break again. I had ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. I was surprised that they had put white breakfast gravy on them. When I asked about it they said that is all they had. How you going to charge someone for something that you don't have. I would leave no stars if possible.

Price of 2 x's 3. No ranch, gravy priced high, but good w sausage. Be nice to have plates w family meal...as packed in to go box to eat inside.

Well, first I went inside to get some food, they refused to serve me, then I went through the drive in and they were rude and nasty. They didn’t even give me the correct change.
