This little place is run by folks that ALWAYS have an extra second to chat. No matter the day or time, they always serve fresh hot food. You can NEVER go wrong visiting this place on 25th Street here in Cleveland, Tennessee. As a local who is big on the hometown quality, if you are on interstate 75 passing through and headed towards Cleveland,Tennessee, you can stop here and these folks will definitely help you out with fresh hot food and very friendly service. Come see these folks, you will be glad you did.

Me and my boyfriend went around 5 today and they wasn't busy at all. We walked up there and a young man came up to the window to take our order and was very rude! He never asked how we was and never said what can I get y'all. Never asked what size combos we wanted, I had to tell him! His customer service skills are very poor! The woman that got our drinks practically shoved them in our face! We didn't get any napkins either. The food was good but I doubt we will go back sadly.

Food is good but service can make or break a restaurant. Employees just are not taught to treat people like they would want to be treated anymore. Rudeness is a everyday occurrence.

grown men abt 35-45were yelling at young girls abt 15-18yrs old and i saw a man with a handgun threatening the girls about taking their money and clothes off them ( mind you the men were the employees) abt 12 police showed up and all they did was tell the young ladies to leave(the photo is of the general manager and the man with a handgun)

Number 7 no bbq.. absolutely amazing. I don't remember the last time I had fast food that fresh and hot. Not sute what seasons are on the buttered and grilled bread but I loved it.

I just go for the cheesecake sundaes, also the banana milkshake is bussin. The fries are bomb af. The loaded ones too. Not much for the chicken strips or burgers.
