Sonic Drive-in

Food was decent. Someone decided to replace the toilet seat and didn't buy an elongated seat. After realizing their mistake they screwed it on anyway. How ridiculous. Absolutely disgusting. The waste basket is some short bin I've never seen. I'm only 5'8 and had to bend over to throw out the paper towel. When you see a bathroom like this, it's typically a pretty accurate indicator of the cleanliness of the kitchen and food handling. Additionally, the windows and glass doors appear to have never been washed in quite sometime, maybe two years. Is it really that hard to clean? I expect better. Be better.

Stopped here to grab a bite to eat on our road trip. Food was cold and tasted like it was sitting for a while. The server brought food out very quickly but the food was barely warm. The lady taking our order didn’t seem to know what the menu combos consisted of and made us repeat our order a few times. I can’t really recommend this place. If the food tasted better probably but even the food tasted very bland here.

Not my favorite place today. Usually when I'm dying of thirst and I'm near this sonic I will tough it out so i can have a cold drink real fast This time however I bully my buddy into passing up the convenience store so I could go to sonic and two ocean waters took too long to find their way to our stall. Sonic is amazing as a whole But if enough individuals lose sight of customer service Sonic wont be a place I stop anymore I already wont go to the one on 25th street for this very reason.

If I could give negative stars I would. I did a online order and went through to pick it up and was handed a single patty melt when I ordered a double and I had to ask for my drinks after my drinks were finally handed to me I mentioned that I was supposed to have a double patty melt and he took it back in the window and it literally took them 15 minutes to put a extra piece of meat on the bread. Highly dissatisfied. Do better sonic you had 10 people working and maybe 5 customers there was no reason for the customers having to wait as long as they did for their orders because yall were in there bouncing around acting a fool not doing your jobs.

Worst service we have ever been received at this location. We waited 15 minutes for 4 drinks. Several people showed up and ordered food after we ordered our drinks and received their items before us. Our carhop was named Jessica, she was not friendly, she didn’t speak when she walked up, just handed the drinks over and walked away. Not a good day for this Sonic location. Do better.
